Laws § 408.970","heading":"Retention of records.","body":"Sec. 10.\n\nAn employer shall retain for not less than 3 years records documenting the hours worked and earned sick time taken by employees. To monitor compliance with the requirements of this act, an employer shall allow the department access to those records, with appropriate notice and at a mutually agreeable time.
