Laws § 421.28e","heading":"Shared-work plan; approval or disapproval by unemployment agency.","body":"Sec. 28e.\n\nThe unemployment agency shall approve or disapprove a shared-work plan no later than 15 days after the date the unemployment agency receives an employer's shared-work plan application that meets the requirements of sections 28c and 28d.
