Laws § 421.28i","heading":"Modification of shared-work plan.","body":"Sec. 28i.\n\nAn employer may apply to the unemployment agency for approval to modify a shared-work plan to meet changed conditions. The unemployment agency shall reevaluate the plan and may approve the modified plan if it meets the requirements for approval under section 28e.
