Laws § 431.202","heading":"Theatrical exhibitions and public shows; operating without license, violation deemed separate offense, penalty.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nAny person who shall set up or promote any such exhibition or show, or shall publish or advertise the same, or otherwise aid or assist therein, without a license first obtained, as provided in the preceding section, or contrary to the terms and conditions of such license, or while the same is suspended, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
