Laws § 431.329","heading":"Aiding, assisting, or abetting violation as misdemeanor; penalty.","body":"Sec. 29.\n\nA person who willfully aids, assists, or abets the violation of this act or the rules promulgated under this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
