Laws § 432.118","heading":"Period of ineligibility after revocation or forfeiture of license.","body":"Sec. 18.\n\n(1) A licensee whose license is revoked for violating this act or a rule promulgated under this act is ineligible to apply for a license for 2 years.\n\n(2) A person convicted of an offense under section 51 or any other gambling offense is ineligible to serve as an officer of a licensee or to participate in conducting bingo, a millionaire party, raffle, numeral game, or charity game for 1 year after the conviction becomes final.
