Laws § 433.352","heading":"Carrier pigeon permit; issuance; requirements.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nThe department shall issue a carrier pigeon permit to the owner of carrier pigeons who complies with the following requirements:\n\nThe loft is found on inspection to be in compliance with regulations prescribed by the department and is maintained in a clean, orderly condition and kept in good repair.\n\nThe construction of a loft complies with the building code regulations of the city, village, township, or county in which it is erected.\n\nThe requirements of zoning regulations relating to restrictions on the location of stables and poultry enclosures shall not apply to a loft for which a permit has been issued.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 433","Act Act-57-of-1974"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-433-352","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"181fb2da211df13760ec771d86b4ee29e04cab1655f8994f8b91cbd6f494b47d","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-433.351","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-433.353"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
