Laws § 436.1213","heading":"Liquor control commission; employment of assistants and employees; compensation; expenses.","body":"Sec. 213.\n\nThe commission may employ assistants, clerks, stenographers, employees, and experts as it considers necessary, and fix their compensation, and incur such other expenses as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, subject to appropriations provided by the legislature.
