Laws § 436.1505","heading":"Class “C” or class “B” hotel license; state-owned airport; nontransferable.","body":"Sec. 505.\n\nNotwithstanding section 501, the commission, with the approval of the bureau of aeronautics, may issue without regard to the quota provision of section 531, not more than 1 class C or class B hotel license for each state-owned airport serviced by scheduled commercial passenger airlines.
