Laws § 436.1527","heading":"Special license for nonprofit charitable organization; issuance; nontransferable; fee; auction.","body":"Sec. 527.\n\nThe commission may issue a special license to a nonprofit charitable organization that is exempt from the payment of taxes under the internal revenue code for the purpose of allowing the organization to sell, at auction, wine donated to the organization.\n\nA special license issued pursuant to subsection (1) is not transferable.
