Laws § 445.1087","heading":"Rights and remedies of consumer.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nThis act does not limit the rights or remedies available to a consumer under any other statute of this state.\n\nA waiver by a consumer of rights under this act is void.\n\nIn addition to pursuing any other remedy, a consumer may bring an action to recover for damages caused by a violation of this act.
