Laws § 445.779","heading":"Violation as misdemeanor; penalty; criminal prosecution.","body":"Sec. 9.\n\nA person who engages in any violation of section 2 or 3 with the intent to accomplish a result prohibited by this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment of not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both, if an individual, or not more than $1,000,000.00 if a person other than an individual.
