Laws § 449.1203","heading":"Certificate of limited partnership; cancellation; contents of certificate of cancellation; effective date of cancellation.","body":"Sec. 203.\n\nA certificate of limited partnership shall be canceled upon the dissolution and the commencement of winding up of the partnership or at any other time there are no limited partners.
