Laws § 450.1241","heading":"Registered office and resident agent required; address.","body":"Sec. 241.\n\n(1) Each domestic corporation and each foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall have and continuously maintain in this state both of the following:\n\n(a) A registered office, which may be the same as its place of business.\n\n(b) A resident agent.
