Laws § 450.1651","heading":"Abandonment of amendment; certificate of abandonment.","body":"Sec. 651.\n\nBefore the effective date of an amendment to the articles of incorporation for which shareholder approval is required by this act, the amendment may be abandoned pursuant to provisions therefor, if any, set forth in the resolution of the shareholders approving the amendment.
