Laws § 450.2001","heading":"Foreign corporation transacting business in state on effective date of act.","body":"Sec. 1001.\n\nA foreign corporation which is authorized to transact business in this state on the effective date of this act, for a purpose for which a corporation might secure such authority under this act, has the rights and privileges applicable to a foreign corporation which receives a certificate of authority to transact business in this state under this act.
