Laws § 450.2241","heading":"Registered office; resident agent.","body":"Sec. 241.\n\nEach domestic corporation and each foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this state shall have and continuously maintain in this state both of the following:\n\n(a) A registered office that may be the same as its place of business.\n\n(b) A resident agent.
