Laws § 450.3144","heading":"Proxies; voting by mail ballot, referendum, or electronic transmission.","body":"Sec. 1144.\n\n(1) Notwithstanding section 421, there shall be no proxies unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws authorize use of proxies.
