Laws § 450.3161","heading":"Amendment to articles of incorporation; calling special meeting; consideration of proposed amendment.","body":"Sec. 1161.\n\nAn amendment to the articles of incorporation may be proposed by the board, by 10% or more of the members, or by some smaller percentage of members established in the articles or bylaws. If proposed by the number of members required for calling a special meeting pursuant to section 1141, a special meeting shall be called within a reasonable time.
