Laws § 450.3191","heading":"Foreign cooperative.","body":"Sec. 1191.\n\nA foreign cooperative shall be entitled to conduct its affairs in this state upon complying with the provisions of chapter 10 and, if a consumer cooperative, by agreeing to provide its members and patrons residing in this state reasonable notice of their membership rights.
