Laws § 450.773","heading":"Establishing procurement policy for meeting projected goals; report; staff.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nThe governor shall establish a procurement policy for each executive department to implement and establish the method of meeting the projected goals established in section 2.\n\nThe governor shall submit a report to the legislature every 3 months during the first year of operation and every 6 months during succeeding years.
