Laws § 455.53","heading":"Execution of articles of association; acknowledgment; filing articles with department of commerce; certification.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nThe execution of such articles of association shall be acknowledged by the persons signing the same before some officer authorized to take the acknowledgment of deeds.
