Laws § 46.172","heading":"County public improvements; contracts with governmental units, loans.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nAny county having determined to establish and provide any of the improvements, facilities and services authorized under the provisions of section 1 hereof, is further authorized to extend by laterals and connections, and to improve, repair, manage and/or operate any such improvements, facilities and service of and situated within any units of government by terms of agreements therefor to be entered into between such county and said units of government, and subject to the conditions hereinafter provided.\n\nSuch county may loan money to such units of government for said purposes and obtain repayment thereof by agreement therefor and subject to the conditions hereinafter provided.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 46","Act Act-342-of-1939"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-46-172","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"cf1beda40d07512a79b05d2d5b4a42c3e7232ad077e26178bb735a2be0880970","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-46.171a","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-46.173"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
