Laws § 46.184","heading":"County agency; purchase, acceptance or condemnation of property; provisions applicable.","body":"Sec. 14.\n\nThe county agency of any county, for purposes of exercising the authority herein granted to such county, may purchase, accept as a gift, or condemn private property determined by said county agency to be necessary therefor and for the public use.
