Laws § 462.303","heading":"Traffic control devices; determination and order by department.","body":"Sec. 303.\n\nThe department, at no cost to the freight railroads or adjacent property owners, may order traffic control devices at existing farm, other private, bicycle, and pedestrian crossings of the railroad tracks of a high speed rail corridor including signs, signals, crossing gates, movable barriers, or other devices.
