Laws § 462.363","heading":"Refusal to submit to chemical test; report.","body":"Sec. 363.\n\nIf a person refuses the request of a peace officer to submit to a chemical test offered pursuant to section 359, a test shall not be given without a court order. A written report shall be forwarded by the peace officer to the federal department of transportation.
