Laws § 462.365","heading":"Report of certain convictions; form.","body":"Sec. 365.\n\nIf a person is convicted of a violation of section 353 or of a local ordinance substantially corresponding to section 353(1) or (2), a report of the conviction shall be forwarded by the court in which the conviction occurred to the United States department of transportation.
