Laws § 462.383","heading":"Railroad police officer; surety bond.","body":"Sec. 383.\n\nA railroad police officer appointed and commissioned under this act, before entering upon the discharge of his or her duties, shall give a surety bond, in the sum of $1,000.00, conditioned upon the faithful performance of those duties.
