Laws § 462.50","heading":"Legislation; hearing on changes; recommendations.","body":"Sec. 50.\n\nThe commission shall conduct a hearing and take testimony as to the advisability of any proposed change of law relative to any matter within its jurisdiction if requested to do so by the legislature, by the senate or house committee on railroads, or by the governor, and shall report its conclusions to the officer or body at whose request the hearing was held.
