Laws § 484.1","heading":"Incorporators; signing, filing, form, and contents of articles of incorporation; provisions governing corporation.","body":"Sec. 1.\n\nOne or more persons may be the incorporators of a corporation under this act by signing in ink and filing articles of incorporation for the corporation which shall be in the form prescribed by section 202 of Act No. 284 of the Public Acts of 1972, being section 450.1202 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
