Laws § 484.1311","heading":"Implementation of 9-1-1 service in 9-1-1 service district; public safety agency to function as PSAP or secondary PSAP.","body":"Sec. 311.\n\nAs soon as feasible after receipt of a written application from a county requesting 9-1-1 service within a 9-1-1 service district described in a final 9-1-1 service plan adopted pursuant to this act, each service supplier designated in the final 9-1-1 service plan shall implement 9-1-1 service within the 9-1-1 service district in accordance with the final 9-1-1 service plan.\n\nUpon implementation of 9-1-1 service in a 9-1-1 service district pursuant to subsection (1), each public safety agency designated as a PSAP or secondary PSAP in the final 9-1-1 service plan shall begin to function as a PSAP or secondary PSAP.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 484","Act Act-32-of-1986"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-484-1311","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"694976d062a2b16c5ce166e26630f7784b6ccc9c42b24ca74a7f737c25c4b674","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-484.1310","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-484.1312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
