Laws § 484.2213","heading":"Rules; rescission of certain rules.","body":"Sec. 213.\n\n(1) Subject to section 201 and limited to its specific authority over a service as provided under this act, the commission may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.\n\n(2) A proceeding before the commission to promulgate rules under this act shall be concluded within 180 days from the date that the proceeding is initiated.\n\n(3) The following administrative rules are rescinded:\n\n(a) Privacy standards for telecommunication services, R 484.201 to R 484.208 of the Michigan administrative code.\n\n(b) Billing standards for basic residential telecommunication service, R 484.301 to R 484.386 of the Michigan administrative code.\n\n(c) Telecommunications service quality, R 484.519 to R 484.571 of the Michigan administrative code.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 484","Act Act-179-of-1991"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-484-2213","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"3b21a288d43faa1cb8a70d8a05156918851ba05ad0d795f2af4c7a7ed952f181","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-484.2211a","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-484.2214"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
