Laws § 487.1713","heading":"Calling meeting of board of directors of licensee or of owners of licensee; notice; expenses.","body":"Sec. 713.\n\nIf the commissioner considers it expedient, the commissioner may call a meeting of the board of directors of a licensee by giving notice of the time, place, and purpose of the meeting not less than 5 days before the meeting to each director either by personal service or by registered or certified mail sent to the director's last known address as shown in the records of the commissioner.\n\nIf the commissioner considers it expedient, the commissioner may call a meeting of the owners of a licensee by giving notice of the time, place, and purpose of the meeting not less than 5 days before the meeting to each owner either by personal service or by registered or certified mail sent to the owner's last known address as shown by the books of the licensee.
