Laws § 487.3211","heading":"Circuit court subpoena to appear; petition by commissioner; scope; failure to appear as contempt.","body":"Sec. 211.\n\nThe commissioner may petition the circuit court for the county in which the examination is being carried on to issue a subpoena on behalf of the bureau requiring a person to appear before the bureau and be examined under oath with reference to any matter within the scope of an examination of a savings bank under this act, and to produce books, records, or papers.
