Laws § 500.1906","heading":"Books and records of surplus lines licensee; examination; access.","body":"Sec. 1906.\n\nIf the commissioner considers it necessary, he or she may examine the books and records of a surplus lines licensee to determine whether the licensee is conducting its business in accordance with this chapter.
