Laws § 500.2069","heading":"Violation of MCL 500.2064 or 500.2066 as misdemeanor; penalty.","body":"Sec. 2069.\n\nAn insurer, agent, solicitor, or other person that violates section 2064 or 2066 is guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction of violating section 2066, the offender must be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100.00 for each violation, or in the discretion of the court, to imprisonment in the county jail of the county in which the offense is committed.
