Laws § 500.2405","heading":"Liquor liability insurance policies; server training discount plan; certified server training course.","body":"Sec. 2405.\n\nEach insurer which delivers or issues for delivery liquor liability insurance policies in this state shall develop and maintain a server training discount plan pursuant to this section. A server training discount plan required under this section shall provide for a premium discount for liquor liability insurance policies based upon the completion of a certified server training course in compliance with the provisions of the Michigan liquor control act, Act No. 8 of the Public Acts of the Extra Session of 1933, being sections 436.1 to 436.58 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 500","Act Act-218-of-1956"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-500-2405","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"50d084808cc3351b1f086b4e26245b16e063c36e0e2b7cd893e2d71c972fa5f2","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-500.2404","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-500.2406"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
