Laws § 500.3571","heading":"State or federal health programs.","body":"Sec. 3571.\n\nA health maintenance organization that participates in a state or federal health program shall meet the solvency and financial requirements of this act, unless the health maintenance organization is in receivership or under supervision. Notwithstanding any provision of this act to the contrary, a health maintenance organization that participates in a state or federal health program is not required to offer benefits or services that exceed the requirements of the applicable program.
