Laws § 500.6522","heading":"Insured person as member of pool; voting rights; quorum; inspection of books.","body":"Sec. 6522.\n\nEvery person insured in any pool formed under this chapter shall be a member of the pool, and shall be entitled to 1 vote at all meetings of the members, and may vote in person or by proxy under such rules and regulations as may be provided in the bylaws of the pool. A minimum of 10 members shall be present in person to constitute a quorum.
