Laws § 500.7022","heading":"Name of MEWA; proof of existence of MEWA.","body":"Sec. 7022.\n\nNo MEWA authorized under this chapter shall take any name which is the same as or closely resembles the name of any other MEWA doing business in this state. A MEWA shall transact its business under its own name, and shall not adopt any assumed name: excepting that a MEWA, by amending its articles, may change its name or take a new name with the approval of the commissioner.
