Laws § 52.115","heading":"Coroners in counties over 250,000; clerks and assistants, appointment, compensation, terms.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nThe said coroners shall have the power to appoint 2 night clerks, 1 stenographer, 1 property clerk, 2 morgue attendants and 2 investigators, whose salaries shall be fixed by the board of supervisors of such county and said salaries shall be paid in the same manner as the salaries of other county employes.
