Laws § 53.89","heading":"Register of deeds; bond; penal sum; approval; surety.","body":"Sec. 89.\n\nAs determined by the county board of commissioners, the register of deeds either shall be covered by a blanket bond or shall give a bond to the people of this state in the penal sum of at least $3,000.00.
