Laws § 550.1106","heading":"Definitions; L to O.","body":"Sec. 106.\n\n\"Large subscriber group\" means a group of 10,000 or more subscribers.\n\n\"Medium subscriber group\" means a group of 150 or more subscribers, but less than 10,000 subscribers.\n\n\"Member\", except as used in parts 2 and 3, means a subscriber, a dependent of a subscriber, or any other individual entitled to receive health care benefits under a nongroup or group certificate.\n\n\"Nongroup subscriber\" means an individual subscriber who is not enrolled as a subscriber through any subscriber group.\n\n\"Objectives\" means an expected achievement level by a health care corporation of the goals provided in section 504, for a provider class.
