Laws § 550.360","heading":"Annual statement; filing.","body":"Sec. 10.\n\nA corporation, annually on or before March 1 of each year, shall file in the office of the commissioner of insurance a sworn statement verified by at least 2 of its principal officers showing its condition on the preceding December 31, which shall be in such form and contain such matters as the commissioner shall prescribe.
