Laws § 550.57","heading":"Agreements between health care providers and purchasers of health care services.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nNothing in this act shall preclude 1 or more health care providers from entering into agreements with purchasers of health care services for the provision of health care services. Such agreements between 1 or more health care providers and purchasers of health care services shall not be considered to be per se violations of Michigan law prohibiting unreasonable restraint of trade.
