Laws § 559.143","heading":"Expansion, contraction, or conversion of land or space; time of occurrence; consolidating master deed.","body":"Sec. 43.\n\nAn expansion, contraction, or conversion of land or space in accordance with this act and the condominium documents shall be deemed to have occurred at the time of recording of an amendment to the master deed embodying all essential elements of the expansion, contraction, or conversion.
