Laws § 559.204e","heading":"Legislative intent; examination of relevant information; recommendation.","body":"Sec. 104e.\n\nIt is the intent of the legislature to enable continued occupancy of restricted units by qualified senior citizens described in section 104b(5)(c) and (d) following the expiration of an extended lease arrangement. In furtherance of this intent, the office of services to the aging created in section 2 of Act No. 146 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended, in consultation with the department of commerce and the Michigan state housing development authority, shall examine all relevant information and within 2 years after the effective date of this section, recommend to the legislature appropriate action to effectuate the intent expressed in this section.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 559","Act Act-59-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-559-204e","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"410558b95ede934ad19fd32db01426c1d3885e92f9a204e34cc5abd1be7ff485","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-559.204d","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-559.205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
