Laws § 559.222a","heading":"Mobile home conversion condominium project; notification of tenants; termination of tenancy.","body":"Sec. 122a.\n\nThe developer of a mobile home conversion condominium project shall notify each existing tenant of any mobile home in the proposed mobile home conversion condominium project that the mobile home park is proposed to be converted to a condominium project. The notice shall be physically delivered or sent by first class mail to each unit addressed to the tenant.
