Laws § 559.242","heading":"Promulgation of rules, forms, and orders; definition of terms.","body":"Sec. 142.\n\nThe administrator may promulgate rules, forms, and orders as are necessary to implement this act or which are necessary for the establishment of unusual forms of condominium projects; and may define any terms necessary in administration of the act.
