Laws § 560.167a","heading":"State transportation department; receipt of plat.","body":"Sec. 167a.\n\nWithin 10 days of receipt of the plat under section 161(2)(d), the state transportation department shall do 1 of the following:\n\n(a) Approve the plat and notify the proprietor of its approval.\n\n(b) Reject the plat and notify the proprietor directly, giving the reasons in writing.
